- All trips must be booked via Uber and dispatched by the fleet partners using Uber App.
- This promotion and information is provided by the fleet partners using Uber App.
- The campaign period is from 1st October 2023 to 30th September 2024 (Extend to 30th September, both days inclusive), and it may end earlier if all available Asia Miles have been given out in the campaign. Asia Miles may be awarded to qualified Uber airport/Business Comfort trips during the campaign period.
- To participate in the campaign, an Uber app user must enter promo code【AMUBER23】] to opt-in this campaign, then link his/her Cathay member account with his/her Uber account by completing a registration form and providing all the required information, including his/her Cathay Membership number and phone number (which must be a valid number and the same as the user’s number registered with Uber) during the campaign period. By submitting the completed Form, users confirm their consent to the use of their personal data for the purpose of administering the campaign according to Uber Privacy Policy.
- Cathay members that properly complete and submit personal information (Eligible Riders) will receive 100 Asia Miles for every designated Uber airport trip (including Taipei Songshan Airport, Taichung Ching Chuang Kang Airport, Tainan Airport, and Kaohsiung International Airport) taken during the campaign period.
- Eligible Riders will receive 200 Asia Miles for every Uber airport trip taken to or from the Taoyuan International Airport during the campaign period.
- Eligible Riders will receive extra 25 Asia Miles for every Business Comfort trip taken during the campaign period..
- Asia Miles will be granted to Eligible Riders on a first-come-first-serve basis; if more than one eligible Uber airport/Business Comfort trips occur at the same time, the priority will be given to the Eligible Rider who submitted the Form at an earlier time.
- The Uber airport/Business Comfort trips must start and complete during the campaign period in order for the Eligible Riders to be eligible to earn Asia Miles. No miles will be granted for canceled trips.
- The Asia Miles reward will be calculated at the end of each month during the campaign period (with holiday extensions) and will be credited to the Eligible Rider’s Cathay member account within the first 10 business days of the following month. For instance, if the promotion starts in October, the eligible trips and miles for October will be calculated by October 31st, and the miles will be credited to accounts by November 14th.
- Users may only have one account. If Uber App has reasonable grounds to suspect that a user is creating fraudulent accounts and violating our terms and conditions and/or community guidelines, Uber App may suspend the users’ account, and the user will therefore not be eligible to participate in this campaign.
- All matters and disputes relating to the campaign will be subject to the final decisions made by Uber App, fleet partners, and Asia Miles by Cathay.
- This campaign is only applicable to designated Uber airport or Business Comfort trips taken in Taiwan.
- This campaign will be subject to Cathay Membership Programme terms and conditions.
