「全新 Uber Taxi 的士司機夥伴開工大利是」活動條款及細則
1）新的士司機夥伴開工大利是「獎金」（HK$3,000）及「獎品」（最新智能電話 12，64 GB，黑色）只適用於成功申請 Uber 新司機夥伴帳戶、並於 2021 年 2 月 1 日至 2021 年 2 月 28 日內成功完成首程的新的士司機夥伴，其身份證明文件必須從未於平台上登記過為的士司機夥伴。
2）新的士司機夥伴需於完成首程起計 算兩星期內完成 40 個行程或以上，才有機會獲得獎金及獎品。
3) 獎金：$3,000 獎金分為兩部分： (i) 於完成首程起計算兩星期內，每個行程額外賞 HK$50 獎金，獎金最高可達 HK$2,000 及 (ii) 完成首程起計算兩星期內完成 40 個行程，可獲 HK$1,000 追加獎金。
4）根據行程完成時間，首 200 名最快完成 40 個行程的新的士司機夥伴將可各獲取獎品一份。若有多於一位司機夥伴同時完成 40 個行程，較多 5 星行程的司機夥伴將排名更高，更有機會獲取獎品。
5) 獎金及獎品名額有限，先到先得，送完即止。 Uber 保留更改或修改此推廣活動之權利，恕不作另行通知。
6) 獎金將於新的士司機夥伴完成首程兩週後的截數日後發放。
7) 獎品得獎名單及領取方法將於 2021 年 3 月 12 日或之前於 Uber 司機 App 公布。
8) 面對任何欺詐、違法或違反司機夥伴條款的情況， Uber 將保留取消或扣減獎品及獎金的權利。本活動最終解釋和決定權歸 Uber 所有。
9) 獎金及獎品均不可轉讓予他人，並不可兌換現金、其他貨品或折扣。如在參加活動期間或領取獎金及獎品期間受到或引致任何損壞、遺失、責任或受傷，Uber 概不負責。
10）如此條款及細則的英文版與中文版有任何歧異，一概以英文版本為準。
Terms and conditions:
1) New taxi driver partner’s red packet for Chinese New Year “bonus” (HK$3,000) and “prize” (new smartphone 12, 64GB, Black) are only applicable to new taxi driver partners who have registered a new driver partner account with Uber and who have completed their first trip between Feb 1, 2021 and Feb 28, 2021; whose personal ID has never been registered on Uber as a Uber taxi driver partner.
2) In order to be eligible for the sign on bonus and for a chance to win the prize, you will need to complete 40 trips or more in the first two weeks following the first completed trip.
3) Bonus: the HK$ 3000 bonus shall be comprised of the following:(i) eligible taxi drivers will be able to earn HK$50 bonus per completed trip, up to a maximum of HK$2,000 for trips taken within the first 2 weeks of the first trip, and (ii) eligible taxi drivers will be able to earn an additional HK$1,000 bonus upon completion of the 40th trip within the first 2 weeks of the first trip.
4) The first 200 eligible new taxi driver-partners who completed 40 trips according to the applicable trip completion timeframe will be able to win one prize each. If two eligible driver-partners complete 40 trips at the same time, the driver-partner with more 5-star trips will rank higher in terms of eligibility.
5) Bonus and prize are offered on a first-come first-served basis, whilst stocks last. Uber reserves the right to vary or amend this promotion at its discretion without further notice.
6) The bonus amount shall be released following the cut-off day for the 2-week period after the first completed trip.
7) Winner list of the prize and redemption method will be announced through the Uber Driver App on or before March 12, 2021.
8) Uber reserves the rights to cancel or deduct any rewards or payment in the case of any fraud, illegality or any breach of any applicable driver partner terms, community guidelines or regulations. Uber reserves the right of final decision in relation to this program.
9) The prize and bonuses are non-transferable and non-exchangeable. Uber is not responsible in the event of any damage, loss, liabilities or injury suffered as a result of participating in the promotion or accepting the prize.
10) In case of any discrepancy between the English and Chinese versions of this terms and conditions, the English version shall prevail.
