- The offer of HK$0 delivery is valid for any new users of Uber Eats who do not currently have an Uber Eats account, and who opens up a new Uber Eats account, provided that:
此 HK$0 外送費優惠適用於目前沒有 Uber Eats 帳戶，並開設新的 Uber Eats 帳戶之任何Uber Eats 新用戶，但前提是：
(i) the offer of HK$0 delivery shall be valid for orders made within 30 calendar days on and from the date you login and register your Uber Eats account (following the commencement of this offer);
此 HK$0 外送費優惠於您登錄並註冊您的 Uber Eats 帳戶起（即此優惠開始後）30 個日曆天內之訂單有效；
(ii) in order to enjoy the offer, each order must have a minimum basket size of HK$100 excluding any applicable delivery or service fees; and
為了享受此優惠，每筆訂單的購物籃須至少消費滿 HK$100，不包括任何適用的外送費或服務費；且
(iii) the offer will be automatically applied to the eligible user’s account. There may be limitations and restrictions as to whether this offer can be combined with other promotions and offers on Uber Eats. For further details, please check the other applicable terms and conditions, and also your Uber Eats app.

- Uber Eats reserves the right to require proof of eligibility in any such form as Uber Eats reasonably considers necessary.

- The offer is only available in areas where Uber Eats is available in Hong Kong.
此優惠僅適用於 Uber Eats 香港服務地區。
- The offer is non-transferable, non-exchangeable and no cash alternative is available.
此優惠不得轉讓、不得兌換，且無現金可供選擇。
- The offer is provided at Uber Eats’ sole discretion, and Uber Eats reserves the right to terminate, vary or amend the offer and its terms at any time without further notice.
此優惠是由 Uber Eats 根據自己的判斷所提供，且 Uber Eats 保有權利於任何時候終止、變更、或修改此優惠及其條款，無須通知。
- Uber Eats reserves the right to terminate or cancel the offer in the case of any fraud, illegality or breach of any applicable terms and conditions, policies and regulations.
如有任何詐欺、違法或違反任何適用條款及條件、政策及法規之情況，Uber Eats 保有權利終止或取消此優惠。
