Your delivery fares, explained
There are several factors that make up your standard delivery fare. Here’s how to make sense of your earnings statement.*
Pickup
You receive a flat fee for picking up one or more orders from a single restaurant. When picking up orders from more than one restaurant, a multiplier may be applied depending on the distance between restaurants.
Dropoff
You receive a flat amount for every order that you deliver.
Distance
You receive a per-mile rate from the restaurant to your customer's location with distance determined by the most efficient route.
Time
In select cities, you receive a per-minute rate based on the time expected to complete a trip, from when you arrive at the restaurant (including wait time) to when you complete the delivery.
