Introducing Uber Elite: our newest luxury ride experience, designed for executives, frequent travelers, and riders looking for a more elevated experience.

Every Elite trip is powered by commercially licensed professional chauffeurs, with new-model luxury vehicles – less than three years old – for a polished, high-touch experience from pickup to drop-off.

Here’s what to expect with Uber Elite:

• Airport Meet & Greet: We’re debuting a brand new in-app “Meet and Greet” feature which allows passengers to select in-terminal pickup for airport arrivals. Just select “Meet and Greet” before finalizing your booking, and a chauffeur will meet you at baggage claim.
• In-vehicle amenities: Each ride includes complimentary touches such as chargers, bottled water, mints, and hand-sanitizing towelettes.
• Special requests: Riders can also submit special requests in-app, whether that’s a favorite sparkling water or something celebratory (champagne, anyone?). We’ll work with our partners to accommodate them where feasible.
• 24/7 phone support: From the moment the trip is booked, riders will have access to premium 24/7 phone support, before, during, and after the trip. Riders can also call their chauffeur directly before pickup for a frictionless arrival experience.
• Availability: Currently, Uber Elite is available invite-only for customers in Los Angeles and San Francisco, and will soon be launching in New York City – with more US and international cities to follow. 

Riders can book through Uber Reserve, in the Uber app, and through our Uber for Business delegate booking feature – a perfect solution for busy riders who need help managing their travel schedules with support from an executive assistant. Elite rides can be booked at least one hour in advance and up to 90 days ahead.

At initial launch, we’re extending invitations to frequent Uber Black users and Uber for Business clients, before expanding to all riders in the future. If interested in trying Uber Elite, riders can join the waitlist.
