Get inspected by any local mechanic
In Colorado, all partners must pass a vehicle inspection before taking their first trip. At the Denver Greenlight Hub, the cost is $15 and takes less than 15 minutes. A local mechanic can help get you get active, too.
Get inspected by a third-party inspection center
Colorado law requires Uber partners to pass a vehicle inspection once a year. Many inspection centers in Colorado have forms available, but you may want to bring one just in case.
Most auto mechanics in Colorado are certified to perform Uber vehicle inspections, but we encourage you to give your local mechanic a call to double check.
*Note that Uber does not cover inspection costs when performed by a third-party mechanic
