Step 1: Find a location

You may have your vehicle inspected by any certified mechanic. To assist, we have secured several partnerships with mechanics in both Omaha and Lincoln. Find a location close to you on the map.

2. Get your vehicle inspected

Call the location to schedule your inspection. Arrive at the location with your vehicle and bring the NE inspection form. Make sure that the mechanic has checked the Pass/Fail. Please note that you must have a PASSED vehicle inspection form to drive on the Uber platform.

Step 3: Upload the completed form

Once you pass, upload the form to your account. Uber does not cover repairs or maintenance to pass an inspection.

Most inspection centers will have a copy of the form, but you may want to bring a copy of the vehicle inspection form to your appointment just in case.
