Terms and conditions

Organizations that successfully sign up for a new Uber for Business Corporate Account (“Corporate Account”) through https://www.uber.com/us/en/business/sign-up/smb-travel-program-offer/ between 7/10/202 5 - 10/8/2025 (“Offer Period”) and meet the eligibility criteria below may be eligible to receive up to 10% off eligible Enterprise Profile rides taken by Authorized Users linked to the Organization's eligible Corporate Account, limited to $10 USD off per trip, valid until the end of the Offer Period. This offer applies to new Corporate Accounts only.

Undefined, capitalized terms used herein shall have the meaning ascribed to them in the Uber for Business General Terms and Conditions.

Eligibility

To qualify for this incentive, your organization must:

• Complete the Uber for Business self-serve sign-up process on Uber’s dedicated landing page to create a new Uber for Business Corporate Account and a U4B Travel Program within the Offer Period.
• Be located within the United States.
• Maintain a Corporate Account in good standing.
• Comply with the applicable Uber for Business General Terms and Conditions that the Organization accepted when creating the Corporate Account.
• Be a new Uber for Business client, which means that you have not previously established a Corporate Account.
• Not have taken up any other active or conflicting offer from Uber relating to Uber for Business. The reward may not be used in conjunction with any other Uber for Business-related offers from Uber.

Reward

• In up to 2 business days after Authorized Users link their Enterprise Profiles to your eligible Corporate Account, a 10% off promotion ("Promotion") will be applied to the Authorized User Uber Account.
• The Promotion will be valid for rides taken on the Authorized Users’ Enterprise Profile linked to the Corporate Account until 10/8/2025, limited to $10 USD off per trip; up to 5 rides per Authorized User.
• Authorized Users who link their Enterprise Profile to the Corporate Account at any point during the Offer Period will receive the Promotion in up to 2 business days after said linking, and the Promotion will be valid until 10/8/2025.
• Rewards will only be provided if the Corporate Account remains in good standing throughout the Offer Period.
• Organizations can only receive the Reward for eligible rides associated with one (1) Corporate Account and one (1) Dashboard.

Additional Terms

• Geography and Availability: The Promotion applies to eligible rides taken in the U.S.
• Fraud and Violations: Uber reserves the right to suspend or void the Promotion if fraud, abuse, or violations of these Terms or the Uber for Business General Terms and Conditions are suspected. If your Corporate Account or Dashboard is terminated or canceled, the Promotion will be automatically terminated.
• Modification or Termination of Offer: Uber reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate this offer at any time. Any changes will be effective upon posting updated terms. The Offer Period may be extended, shortened, or amended by Uber. Continued participation after any changes will constitute acceptance of the updated terms.
• Costs and expenses. You will be responsible for all costs and expenses (including any taxes or fees) associated with receiving any reward.
• Governing Law. These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware without regard to its choice or conflict of laws provision. Any dispute, controversy, or any claim arising out of or relating to the Terms, or the interpretation, enforceability, performance, breach termination or validity thereof, including, without limitation, this arbitration clause, must be solely and finally settled by confidential arbitration in Wilmington, Delaware, in accordance with the Comprehensive Arbitration Rules and Procedures of JAMS. An award rendered in connection with arbitration pursuant to this section shall be final and binding upon the parties, and any judgment upon such an award may be entered and enforced in any court of competent jurisdiction. No provision of this subsection limits the rights of a party to the Agreement to obtain provisional, injunctive, or ancillary remedies from a court of competent jurisdiction before, after or during the pendency of any arbitration. Neither party has the right to arbitrate on a class action basis any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to the Agreement, or the interpretation, enforceability, performance, breach, termination, or validity thereof, including, without limitation, this arbitration clause.
