Terms and conditions

Organizations that sign up for a new Uber for Business Corporate Account or Uber Health Corporate Account (“Corporate Account”) between 6:00 AM EST on 09/15/25 and 11:59 PM EST on 10/30/2025(“Offer Eligibility End Date”) and meet the eligibility criteria below will be eligible to receive Uber for Business credits on qualifying spend in the Dashboard. Uber for Business credits can be used on Travel, Meals, Central, or Health programs or products. This offer applies to new accounts only, and the account must be created via Uber’s self-serve platform.

Eligibility

To qualify for this incentive, your organization must:

• Complete the self-serve sign-up process on Uber’s website to create a new Uber for Business Corporate Account or Uber Health Corporate Account within the United States.
• Maintain a Corporate Account in good standing.
• Receive an eligibility message on the Dashboard of the Corporate Account before the Offer Eligibility End Date.
• Spend a minimum of $200 (excluding tips) in User Charges on Travel, Meals (Uber Eats for Business), Central or Health programs on a central credit card within forty-five (45) days from the creation date of the Corporate Account ("Eligibility Period").
• Comply with the applicable Uber for Business and/or Uber Health General Terms and Conditions that the organization accepted when creating the Corporate Account. Undefined, capitalized terms used in these terms have the meaning ascribed to them in the Uber for Business and Uber Health General Terms and Conditions, as applicable.

Reward

• Each time your organization spends $200 (excluding tips) on eligible products during the Eligibility Period, the Corporate Account will receive $20 in Uber for Business credits in the Dashboard.
• The maximum amount of Uber for Business credits that can be earned during the Eligibility Period is $100. For example, if the organization spends $200 more than five (5) times during the Eligibility Period, the Corporate Account will not receive more than $100 in credits.
• Uber for Business credits will appear under the Billing tab on the Dashboard within ten (10) business days after each eligible $200 spend.
• Rewards will only be provided if the Corporate Account remains in good standing throughout the Eligibility Period.

Additional Terms

• Eligible Spend: Spend on Vouchers, Gift Cards, or tips is not eligible. Only spend on a central credit card within Travel, Meals, Central, or Health programs is eligible. Spend outside these parameters, such as overages on spending allowances charged to an individual Authorized User’s payment method, is not eligible. Spend on canceled trips or refunded amounts are not eligible.
• Credit Usage: Uber for Business credits can only be used for eligible Travel, Meals, Central, or Health programs associated with the Corporate Account. Credits have no cash value, are non-transferable, non-refundable, and are not redeemable for cash or gift cards.
• Expiration: Uber for Business credits earned through this offer do not expire, as long as the Corporate Account remains in good standing. However, Uber reserves the right to revoke any unused credits if fraud, abuse, or violations of these terms or the Uber for Business or Uber Health General Terms and Conditions, as applicable, are suspected. If the Corporate Account is terminated, any remaining credits will be forfeited.
• No Cash Value: Uber for Business credits have no intrinsic value, are non-transferable, non-refundable, and are not redeemable for cash, have no cash value, and serve merely as a means to provide an incentive to use Uber services. Uber for Business credits may not be purchased for cash, and we or our affiliates do not sell Uber for Business credits. No portion of any spend qualifying for Uber for Business credits constitutes consideration paid for such credits. Uber for Business credits cannot be combined with any other offer or discount.
• Refunds and Adjustments: Refunds, adjustments, chargebacks, or any claims reducing the amount owed will be subtracted from your organization’s progress toward each $200 threshold.
• Account and Dashboard Limitations: Organizations can only receive Uber for Business credits for eligible spend associated with one (1) Corporate Account and one (1) Dashboard. Uber reserves the right to combine or cancel multiple Corporate Accounts or Dashboards for a single organization.
• Geography and Availability: Uber for Business credits may only be redeemed for eligible spend within the United States and are not usable in locations where eligible Uber services are unavailable. Offer not available to government or quasi-government entities, or entities otherwise owned, controlled by, or created by a government entity.
• Fraud and Violations: Uber reserves the right to suspend or void Uber for Business credits if fraud, abuse, or violations of these Terms or the Uber for Business General Terms & Conditions or Uber Health General Terms & Conditions are suspected. If your Corporate Account or Dashboard is terminated or canceled, any spend on that account will not count toward the spend requirement, and any earned credits will be forfeited. Uber is not responsible for unauthorized use of Uber for Business credits.
• Modification or Termination of Offer: Uber reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate this offer at any time. Any changes will be effective upon posting updated terms. The Offer Eligibility End Date may be extended, shortened, or amended by Uber. Continued participation after any changes will constitute acceptance of the updated terms.
