【Promo Terms and Conditions】

• Promo codes are available in limited quantities and are only valid until fully redeemed.
• This promotion and related information are provided by partner fleets using the Uber system.
• All trips must be booked via the Uber App and dispatched by the fleet partners using Uber App.  
• This Offer is only available to Uber App users who have received this promotional email directly from Uber (“Eligible Users”). The Offer is non-transferable, non-refundable and not redeemable for cash, and will be invalid if forwarded or screenshot.
• During the Promotion Period, each Eligible User will be entitled to enjoy 15% off a maximum of five (5) trips on the applicable ride options, and the maximum discount to be applied is capped at TWD100 each trip (the “Offer”).  Any excess amount charged for the trip (if any) shall be paid by the Uber App user.  Unused discount amounts cannot be carried over.  Each Eligible User will only be able to enjoy the Offer once.
• The promo code of this Offer will be automatically added to the Eligible Users’ Uber account and the promo code must have been successfully added to the user’s Uber account before booking the trips.  
• This Offer is applicable to ride options including UberX,  Uber Green,  Uber Comfort,  Uber Comfort Electric, Uber Black,  UberXL,  UberXXL,  Uber Pet, / Uber Car Seat. 
• This Offer is not applicable towards Uber Assist, Uber Taxi, Uber Courier, Uber Eats, Uber for Business trips, and Taoyuan Airport pick-up trips.
• The promotion is valid for 7 days from the date on which the promotional email is sent by the Uber App (the “Promotion Period”). 
• The Offer  shall be valid when both the start and finish time of the trip are within the Promotion Period and when both the pick-up and drop-off locations are within Uber Taiwan’s service areas.
• This Offer can be used in conjunction with the Uber One membership program but cannot be combined with other promotions. Uber and the partner fleets jointly providing the Offer reserve the right to modify this promotion at any time.
• Only one promo code can be used for each Uber trip. If the user has entered multiple promo codes into the Uber App and these are all applicable for the trip,  the valid promo code with the highest value will be applied first.
• If there are reasonable grounds to suspect that a user is creating fraudulent accounts or violating the Passenger Transportation Agreement, Taiwan Rides Terms & Conditions and/or the Uber Community Guidelines, the user may not be eligible to redeem any promotion offer.
