【Member Promo Terms and Conditions】

Promo codes are available in limited quantities and are only valid until fully redeemed.
This offer is exclusively for the Uber One member who received this email. It is non-transferable.
This promotion and related information is provided in collaboration with the partner fleets that utilize the Uber system.
All trips must be booked through the Uber platform and are fulfilled by partner fleets.
Users must manually enter the promo code “MEMBERSAVE” (Open the Uber App > Tap Account > Wallet > Add Promo Code) to receive (1) airport and HSR offer, (2) Courier offer and (3) Uber Black and Uber Comfort Electric offer. Airport trip promotion: maximum of $200 off per trip, valid for a total of 2 trips. HSR trip promotion: 10% off one trip, valid for up to 4 trips. Each trip can be discounted up to $200. Courier promotion: maximum of $50 off per trip, valid for a total of 4 trips. Uber Black and Uber Comfort Electric promotion: 10% off one trip, valid for a total of 3 trips. Each trip can be discounted up to $100. Any amount exceeding the offer must be paid by the user. If the fare is less than the offer amount, the unused portion of the discount cannot be carried over.
If the promos are not automatically applied, users must manually enter the promo code 【U1AP2511】【U1HSR2511】【U1COURIER2511】【U1BLACKEV2511】(Open the Uber App > Tap Account > Wallet > Add Promo Code). The promo code must be successfully added to the user’s Uber App account for the discount to apply. This promo code is non-transferable.
The promo code shall be valid when both the start and finish time of the trip are within the promotion period (from November 01, 2025, 12:00 AM to November 30, 2025, 11:59 PM) and both pickup and drop-off locations must be within the Uber system service area.
【U1AP2511】Airport trips promotion
1. Pickup or drop-off location must be within the Uber system service area and include at least one of the following airports: Taipei Songshan Airport, Taoyuan International Airport (drop-off only), Taichung International Airport, Tainan Airport, or Kaohsiung International Airport. Not valid for Taoyuan airport pickup trips. The promotion is valid only from 2025/11/01 00:00 to 2025/11/30 23:59, after which it will automatically expire.
2. This airport trip promotion is valid for multi-purpose taxi trips (i.e. UberX, Uber Comfort, Uber Comfort Electric, Uber Black, Uber Assist, Uber Car Seat, Uber Pet, Uber Green, UberXL, and UberXXL) and Uber Taxi. It is not applicable to Uber Courier, Uber for Business trips, and Taoyuan airport pick-up trips.
【U1HSR2511】HSR station trips promotion
1. Both the pickup and drop-off times must fall within the promotion period, and both locations must be at Taiwan High-Speed Rail stations within Uber’s operating areas in order for the discount to apply. The promotion is valid only from 2025/11/01 00:00 to 2025/11/30 23:59, after which it will automatically expire.
2. This HSR station trip promotion is valid for multi-purpose taxi trips (i.e. UberX, Uber Comfort, Uber Comfort Electric, Uber Black, Uber Assist, Uber Car Seat, Uber Pet, Uber Green, UberXL, and UberXXL) and Uber Taxi. It is not applicable to Uber Courier, Uber for Business trips, and Taoyuan airport pick-up trips.
【U1COURIER2511】Uber Courier promotions
1. This promotion is valid for Uber Courier. It is not applicable to multi-purpose taxi trips (i.e. UberX, Uber Comfort, Uber Black, UberXL, UberXXL, Uber Assist, Uber Car Seat, Uber Pet, Uber Green, Uber Comfort Electric), Uber Taxi, Uber for Business trips, and Taoyuan airport pick-up trips.
2. Both the sending and receiving timeframe must fall within the promotion period, and the sending and receiving locations must be within Uber Courier’s service areas for the discount to apply. The promotion is valid only from 2025/11/01 00:00 to 2025/11/30 23:59, after which it will automatically expire.
3. Uber One credits earning benefit excludes Uber Courier trips and Uber One credits do not apply to Uber Courier trips.
【U1BLACKEV2511】Uber Black and Uber Comfort Electric promotions
1. This promotion is valid for Uber Black and Uber Comfort Electric. It is not applicable to other multi-purpose taxi trips (i.e. UberX, Uber Comfort, UberXL, UberXXL, Uber Assist, Uber Car Seat, Uber Pet, Uber Green), Uber Taxi, Uber for Business trips, and Taoyuan airport pick-up trips.
2. Both the pickup and drop-off times must fall within the promotion period, and both locations must be within Uber’s operating areas in order for the discount to apply. The promotion is valid only from 2025/11/01 00:00 to 2025/11/30 23:59, after which it will automatically expire.
This offer can be combined with Uber One membership benefits but cannot be used in conjunction with other promotions. Uber and its participating partner fleets reserve the right to modify this promotion at any time.
Only one promo code can be used for each Uber trip. If you have entered multiple promo codes into the Uber App and these are all applicable for the trip, the valid promo code with the highest value will be applied first.

【Reserve Terms and Conditions】

The information is provided in collaboration with the partner fleets that utilize the Uber system.
All trips can only be reserved through the Uber App and will be dispatched by a partner fleet using the Uber system.
When booking the trips via Uber Reserve, you can cancel for free at any time prior to receiving your driver details. If you’ve received your driver details and you cancel less than 60 minutes before your ride, you’ll be charged a cancellation fee.
The estimated trip fare is for reference only. If you request a change to the destination after your ride has started and it significantly affects the travel distance, or if there is heavy traffic which substantially delays the travel time, the trip fare may be updated according to the actual situation.
Uber and the partner fleets have the right to modify these T&C at any time without prior notice.
If there are any discrepancies between the Chinese and English version of these T&Cs, the English version shall prevail.

When booking the trips via Uber Reserve, the fare displayed is an estimated fare that includes the reservation fee. The reservation fee may vary depending on the pickup location, date, and time of the trip.

【Uber One Credits Terms & Conditions】

Uber One credits are not gift cards, electronic payment methods, or similar products or services, and they cannot be transferred to other users or redeemed for cash or other payment methods. Uber One credits are subject to the Uber Cash Terms and Conditions.
Uber One credits can be used on your Uber Eats App or Uber App, but does not apply to Courier and TPE airport pickup (rental car) trips. $1 Uber One credit can be used for NT$1 in spending.
Uber One credits will be added to your account within a certain period after the completion of the trip and will expire 60 days thereafter.
Uber One is subject to Uber One Terms and Conditions.
Uber One credits will automatically be deducted from the trip fare before the application of any promotions.

【TGo Points Prize Draw Terms and Conditions】

The information is provided in collaboration with the partner fleets that utilize the Uber system.
The Uber system and its partner fleets reserve the right to modify the campaign at any time.
During the promotion period, any user who enters the promo code【TGOTRAVEL】in the Uber App and completes the required trips as specified below will be eligible to participate in the prize draw.
- Uber App users must, between now and 2025/11/09, enter the above promo code in the Uber App and complete at least one trip to a Taiwan High Speed Rail (HSR) station to qualify for the prize draw. The number of trips will be based on the records shown in the Uber App’s backend system.
- Winners will be notified via Uber email on the following date(s). Non-winners will not be notified. The distribution and redemption method of the awarded TGo points are as follows:
  - The unique TGo points redemption code will be sent to the winner’s Uber account email by the Friday of the week following the winner announcement date.
  - Users can redeem TGo Points on the Taiwan High Speed Rail TGo membership platform.
  - The redemption code is valid until December 31, 2025. Redeemed TGo points will be valid until December 31, 2026.

In the event of any matters not specified in these Terms and Conditions, the organizer reserves the right to amend, suspend, or terminate the event and its related rules at any time. Any conduct that disrupts the event, including but not limited to fraud, defamation, or other dishonest participation, may result in disqualification at the discretion of the organizer.
According to laws and regulations, if the winner is an individual residing in the Republic of China (Taiwan) and the prize value exceeds NT$1,000, the winner must provide a copy of the front and back of their National ID card for tax reporting purposes. The prize value will be included in the individual’s annual taxable income, and the organizer will issue the relevant withholding tax statement in accordance with applicable tax laws in the following year. Winners are required to submit a copy of their National ID card and complete all required forms as stipulated. The prize amount will be included in the winner’s annual income for tax purposes. For individuals who are not residents of the Republic of China (Taiwan), a 20% withholding tax will be deducted from the prize value at the time of award, in accordance with applicable tax regulations.
By providing the personal information required for participation in this event, winners are deemed to have agreed to allow Uber Formosa Co., Ltd. and its partner fleets to collect, process, and use such information within the scope necessary for the specific purposes of this event. Winners may choose whether or not to provide the requested personal information. However, failure to provide the required information may be deemed as forfeiting the prize.

【Term and Conditions – TGo Points】

TGo Points limit: The total number of TGo Points available for this promotion is 1.2 million, on a first-come, first-served basis.
TGo Points redemption deadline: Promo codes for TGo Points must be redeemed by December 31, 2025.
TGo Points expiry: All TGo Points must be used by December 31, 2026.
Distribution & Redemption Process:
- Users who complete a ride to any Taiwan High-Speed Rail station using the Uber app will receive a unique TGo Points promo code via email by the Friday of the following week.
- Users can redeem TGo Points on the Taiwan High-Speed Rail TGo platform.

【TGo Points Activity Terms and Conditions】

Participants in this promotion are considered to have read and agreed to the terms and conditions. Any violation may result in immediate disqualification without prior notice.
By providing personal information, TGo members agree that Taiwan High-Speed Rail Corporation may collect, process, and use such data by data protection laws, for purposes related to this promotion such as marketing or statistical analysis. Members can choose whether to provide complete personal information, but incomplete information will disqualify them from participating. TGo members must ensure that all personal information provided is accurate and truthful, without any impersonation or misuse of third-party data. Providing false or incorrect information will result in disqualification and potential liability for damages caused to Taiwan High-Speed Rail or third parties.
Eligible participants cannot request to exchange the promotional benefit for cash, other products, or alternative forms of discounts. The benefit is non-transferable and subject to availability as provided.
