[Term and Conditions – Promo]

• Promo codes are available in limited quantities and are only valid until fully redeemed.
• This promotion and information is provided by the fleet partners using Uber App. 
• All trips must be booked via the Uber App and dispatched by the fleet partners using Uber App.  
• Users must manually enter the promo code【ELECTRICCOMFORT】 (Open Uber App > Click Account > Wallet > Add Promo). The promo code must be successfully added to the user’s Uber App account for the discount to be applied. Forwarded promo codes are invalid.
• The promo code is valid from now until March 31, 2025, 11:59 PM. Both pickup and drop-off times must fall within the validity period for the discount to apply.
• Both the pickup and drop-off locations must be within Uber’s service areas for the discount to apply.
• Users applying the【ELECTRICCOMFORT】promo code can enjoy a 15% discount on two trips, with a maximum discount of NT$100 per trip. Any excess amount charged for the trip shall be paid by the Uber App user. Unused discount amounts cannot be carried over.
• This promotion is only applicable to trips with Uber Comfort Electric. It does not apply to other services, such as UberX, Uber Black, Uber XL, Uber Assist, Uber Carseat, Uber Pet, Uber Green, UberX Airport, Uber Taxi, Uber Connect or Taoyuan Airport pick-up trips.
• This promo code can be combined with Uber One membership, but cannot be combined with other promotions.
• Uber and the fleet partners have the right to modify the promotion at any time.
• For any questions, please use the in-app support under the “help” section to report the issue.
• Only one promo code can be used for each Uber trip. If you have entered multiple promo codes into the Uber App and these are all applicable for the trip,  the valid promo code with the highest value will be applied first.
