[Term and Conditions – Promo]

• Definition of a new user of the Uber App: Refers to an individual who is taking their first ride and has not previously used the Uber App to book any trip.
• Promo codes are available in limited quantities and are only valid until fully redeemed.
• This promotion and information is provided by the fleet partners using Uber App. 
• All trips must be booked via the Uber App and dispatched by the fleet partners using Uber App.  
• Pick-up and drop-off locations must be within the Uber Taxi service area for the promo to apply
• The Promo Code (“SKIPDRAMA8”) is only valid for Uber App users who have never had an Uber Taxi ride before applying the Promo Code.
• During the Promotion Period, redemption of the Promo Code (“SKIPDRAMA8”) will entitle an Uber App user to a NT$200 discount for one trip, NT$50 for two trips, and NT$40 for five trips. Any excess amount charged for the trip shall be paid by the Uber App user. Any shortfall amount will not be deferred. 
• The Promo Code shall be valid when both the start and finish time of the trip are within the Promotion Period. The promo code is valid until October 31, 2025, at 11:59 PM, after which it will automatically expire. 
• The Promo Code is valid for Uber Taxi trips only, and is not applicable to UberX, Uber Black, Uber XL, Uber Assist, Uber Carseat, Uber Pet, Uber Green, Uber for Business and Taoyuan Airport pickup trips.
• The Promo Code can be combined with Uber One membership, but may not be combined with other promo codes. The fleet partner has the right to modify the promotion at any time.
• Only one promo code can be used for each Uber trip. If you have entered multiple promo codes into the Uber App and these are all applicable for the trip,  the valid promo code with the highest value will be applied first.
