- Terms and promotions
- The redesigned “Courier” currently serves the Taipei City, New Taipei City, Keelung, Taoyuan, Hsinchu, Miaoli, Taichung, Changhua, Nantou, Chiayi, Tainan, Kaohsiung, Pingtung, and Yilan regions, with package deliveries provided by Portier Taiwan and its independent contractor delivery partners using standard two-wheeled scooters. The maximum distance per trip is 12km.
- Promo codes are available in limited quantities and are only valid until fully redeemed.
- Users will need to manually enter “COURIERXMAS” (Open the Uber App > Click Account > Wallet > Add Promo) to receive free delivery, for a total of 3 orders.
- This Courier offer is valid for 3 trips. Any additional cost beyond this amount must be borne by the user (if applicable), and unused trips cannot be carried over.
- The promo code is valid from 2025/12/16 – 2025/12/25. Both the sending and receiving timeframe must fall within the promotion period, and the sending and receiving locations must be within Uber Courier’s service areas for the discount to apply.
- For any questions, please use the in-app support under the “Help” section to report the issue.
- This promotion is only applicable to trips with Courier (designated areas). It does not apply to other services, such as UberX, Uber Comfort, Uber Black, UberXL, UberXXL, Uber Assist, Uber Car Seat, Uber Pet, Uber Green, Uber Comfort EV, Uber Taxi, Uber for business trips, or Taoyuan Airport pick-up trips.
- Only one promo code can be used for each Uber trip. If you have entered multiple promo codes into the Uber App and these are all applicable for the trip, the valid promo code with the highest value will be applied first.
