- Usage restrictions

Any amount exceeding NT$295 must be paid by the user; if the fare is less than NT$295, the difference cannot be carried forward or refunded.
- The 20% off HSR ticket and the two transfer services must be used together. First transfer: From the passenger’s pick-up location to the HSR departure station. Second Transfer: From the HSR destination station to the passenger’s final destination. If the second transfer is not booked, it will be considered a waiver, and no compensation or substitute offer will be provided.
- Service coverage: The HSR ticket 20% off offer applies to stations excluding Yunlin and Chiayi. The station transfer service is available for all HSR stations except Yunlin and Chiayi.
