4 steps to book your Taoyuan Airport pickup trip
Step 1
Confirm your pickup point as Taiwan Taoyuan International Airport (TPE). After entering your destination, select your preferred ride option.
Step 2
Confirm your terminal, then tap Next.
Step 3
Select your meeting point, then tap Request ride.
Step 4
Select the recommended option shown on the page .
Tips for your ride
- Pickup point: Head to the pickup point you selected in the Uber app
- License plate confirmation: Double‑check the license plate before getting in the vehicle, and watch out for illegal soliciting of unlicensed vehicles inside the airport terminal to ensure a safe trip

- All trips must be booked through the Uber platform and are fulfilled by partner fleets.
- Users will need to manually enter “CNYAP26” (Open Uber App > Click Account > Wallet > Add Promo). The promo code must be successfully added to the user’s account before it can be applied. This code is non-transferrable.
- The promotion includes $200 off one (1) trip, for a maximum of NT$200 off per trip. Any excess amount charged for the trip (if any) shall be paid by the Uber App user. Unused discount amounts cannot be carried over.
- The promotion is valid when both the start and finish time of the trip are within the Promotion Period (2026/02/04 – 2026/02/28) .
- Both the pick-up and drop-off locations must be within the Uber system service area and the drop-off location must include at least one of the following airports: Taipei Songshan Airport, Taoyuan International Airport (drop-off only), Taichung International Airport, Tainan Airport, or Kaohsiung International Airport.
- This airport trip promotion is valid for multi-purpose taxi trips (i.e. UberX, Uber Comfort, Uber Comfort Electric, Uber Black, Uber Assist, Uber Car Seat, Uber Pet, Uber Green, UberXL, and UberXXL) and Uber Taxi. It is not applicable to Uber Courier, Uber Eats, Uber for Business trips, and Taoyuan airport pick-up trips.
- This offer can be used in conjunction with the Uber One membership program but cannot be combined with other promotions. Uber and the partner fleets jointly providing this offer reserve the right to modify the promotion at any time.
- Only one promo code can be used for each Uber trip. If you have entered multiple promo codes into the Uber App and these are all applicable for the trip, the valid promo code with the highest value will be applied first.
- By using this offer, you agree and represent that you will not use this promotion in any manner that violates applicable laws, regulations, or other improper means. Uber App and participating partner fleets reserve the right to modify or terminate this offer if misuse is identified.
