Book a ride through the “Rides” section in the Uber Eats app in 3 steps
Step 1: Tap Rides
Step 2: Tap Where to? and enter your pickup and drop-off locations
Step 3: Choose the ride option that best fits your needs, then tap the Request to complete your booking.

- Rides Promo Terms and Conditions
- Definition of first trip: Limited to users who have never previously taken a trip or made a booking through the Uber App.
- Promo codes are available in limited quantities and are only valid until fully redeemed.
- This promotion and related information are provided by partner fleets using the Uber system.
- All trips must be booked via the Uber App and dispatched by the fleet partners using Uber App.
- Users will need to manually enter “EAT2RIDES” (Open Uber App > Click Account > Wallet > Add Promo). * * * The promo code must be successfully added to the user’s account before it can be applied. This code is non-transferrable.
- By entering the code above, new Uber App users will enjoy: (1) NT$200 off first trip. The promotion is valid from now until July 31, 2026 at 23:59PM. Both the start and finish time of the trip must be within the Promotion Period and both the pick-up and drop-off locations must be within the operating areas of Uber Taiwan for the promotion to apply’s service areas. The ride promotion may be used to deduct up to NT$200 from the fare for one trip. Any excess amount charged for the trip (if any) shall be paid by the Uber App user. Unused discount amounts cannot be carried over; and (2) 50% off two trips. The promotion is valid from now until July 31, 2026 at 23:59PM. Both the start and finish time of the trip must be within the Promotion Period and both the pick-up and drop-off locations must be within the operating areas of Uber Taiwan for the promotion to apply. The ride promotion may be used to deduct up to NT$100 from the fare per trip, for a total of two trips. Any excess amount charged for the trip (if any) shall be paid by the Uber App user. - This promotion is applicable to UberX, Uber Comfort, Uber Comfort Electric, Uber Black, Uber Assist, Uber Car Seat, Uber Pet, Uber Electric, UberXL, UberXXL, and Uber Taxi. Not applicable towards Uber Courier, Uber Eats, Uber for Business trips, and Taoyuan Airport pick-ups.
- This offer can be used in conjunction with the Uber One membership program but cannot be combined with other promotions. Uber and the partner fleets jointly providing this offer reserve the right to modify the promotion at any time.
- Only one promo code can be used for each Uber trip. If you have entered multiple promo codes into the Uber App and these are all applicable for the trip, the valid promo code with the highest value will be applied first. By using this offer, you agree and represent that you will not use this promotion in any manner that violates applicable laws, regulations, or other improper means. Uber App and participating partner fleets reserve the right to modify or terminate this offer if misuse is identified.
- If there are reasonable grounds to suspect that a user is creating fraudulent accounts or violating the Passenger Transportation Agreement, Taiwan Rides Terms & Conditions and/or the Uber Community Guidelines, the user may not be eligible to redeem any promotion offer.
