Latest arrival estimate is the estimated arrival time based on thousands of similar orders, and is shown once your order is placed and is not a guaranteed delivery time. You will receive a one-time credit of $30 in Uber Cash if the store shows the Uber One icon and the latest arrival estimate is missed. The issued credit will expire after 30 days. Latest arrival estimate feature and this credit benefit does not apply to orders delivered by Merchant’s own staff.

Your Uber One will automatically renew and you will be charged the billing rate stated in your offer at the beginning of each billing cycle unless you cancel prior to the expiry. However, you can cancel and manage your membership at any time in the app. Cancel at least 48 hours before your billing day to avoid incurring the charge for the next billing cycle. You may also seek assistance from in-App help support if it is within 48 hours.
