• This promo code is only applicable to Uber App users who received this email directly from Uber. It is non-transferable or cannot be redeemed for cash.

• *This promo code has automatically been applied to the eligible users’ accounts and it may take some time for it to be shown in their accounts, in the “Promotions” section of the “Wallet”.

• If the promo code does not show up in the “Promotions” section, in order to redeem the promo code for the next trip, the eligible user will need to apply it manually and properly prior to requesting a trip by (a) selecting “Wallet” (b) selecting “Promotions” and “Add promo code” (c ) entering the promo code TWWINBACK50 and tapping “Add”.

• The promo code discount of 50% to be applied to a maximum of two trips and the maximum discount to be applied is capped at NT$100. Any excess amount charged for the trip shall be paid by the Uber App users. Any shortfall amount will not be deferred.

• This promo code is applicable to these Uber ride options: UberX, Uber Car Seat, Uber Assist, Uber Pet, Uber Comfort, UberXL, UberXXL, Uber Black, and Uber Green.

• This promotion code is not valid for Courier and Taoyuan airport pickup trips.

• The promo code will be valid for 11th Sep 2026 counting from the date on which the users have received this email from Uber (both dates inclusive, the “Promotion Period”).

• The promo code is valid only when both the start location and the end location are within Taiwan and when both the start time and finish time of the trip are within the Promotion Period, subject to availability and on a first come, first served basis.

• If the user has multiple promo codes on the Uber App account and these are all applicable for the trip, the valid promo code with the highest value will be applied first.

• Other terms and conditions, including Uber’s Terms of Use relating to promotional codes, may apply. Uber has the sole right to modify, cancel or terminate the promo code at any time without prior notification to the eligible users.

• If Uber has reasonable grounds to suspect that a user is creating fraudulent accounts and violating our terms and conditions and/or community guidelines, it may suspend the user’s account, and it will therefore not be eligible for this promotion. Uber reserves the right of final decision in case of any disputes in relation to this promotion.
