Follow these standards to minimize onboarding delays and maintain a compliant fleet.

Internal: Driving License

1. Driving License
Rejection Reason	What it means	How to fix it
Name Mismatch	The name on the document does not match the driver profile or approved documents.	Ensure the driver's name matches their dashboard profile and legal identification exactly.
Need Supporting Documents	Additional documentation is required to verify compliance.	Upload all required supporting documents together with the driving license.
Document Out of Market	The document was issued outside the operating market where the driver is being onboarded.	Upload a valid driving license issued for the market where the driver intends to operate.

2. Taxi Driver License
Rejection Reason	What it means	How to fix it
Need Supporting Documents	Additional documentation is required to validate the submission.	Upload all required supporting documents together with the taxi driver license.
Not a Photo of the Original Document	A screenshot, photocopy, printout, or image of another screen was uploaded.	Upload a clear photo of the original physical document.
Wrong Document Type	The document was uploaded into the wrong document slot.	Re-upload the document in the correct section of the dashboard.

3. Registration Certificate from Bolagsverket / Register Extract from Skatteverket

4. Taxi Traffic Permit
