Visiting the Holy Mosque and performing Umrah is a sacred journey many are looking forward to during the holy month of Ramadan.

If you are fortunate enough to be performing Umrah this Ramadan, we want to make your transportation experience as seamless as possible.

• When you arrive safely at the Jeddah airport (or if you are a Jeddah resident) open the app and simply slide over to the Umrah option.
• The Umrah option will appear in the app when you arrive in Jeddah
• Select your pickup location on the map and request your Uber.
• The driver will arrive to pick you up within minutes.
• Drivers on the Umrah option are dedicated exclusively to trips between Jeddah and Makkah.
• All trips from Jeddah to Makkah are a flat fare of only 250SAR during Ramadan.

• Once you have completed your Umrah, you will also be able to request an Uber in Makkah to return to Jeddah.
• Cars in Makkah will be dedicated to trips from Makkah to Jeddah only.
