Luckily there is an Uber feature that allows you to let your friends and family know you’re safely on your way, with just a tap of a button.

How to share your ETA:

• After your ride starts, tap ‘SHARE ETA’
• Select friends and family to share your ETA with, from your contacts
• They will receive a link to your live trip map via text message and be able to follow your progress until your ride ends
