Follow these standards to minimize onboarding delays and maintain a compliant fleet in Saudi Arabia.

1. Vehicle Registration

Unaccepted Document Type	The document uploaded is completely invalid or is a type that Uber cannot accept for this slot (e.g., temporary purchase receipts or completely unrelated documents).	Upload only the official Saudi Arabia Vehicle Registration card (Istimara) . Do not submit general business correspondence or provisional letters.
Document Uploaded Under the Wrong Type	The vehicle registration document was uploaded into an incorrect document slot (e.g., submitted under vehicle insurance or driver's license instead of the registration slot).	Log back into the partner portal and locate the specific document slot labeled for Vehicle Registration . Re-upload the document under the correct category to ensure proper routing.

Upload only the official, standard plastic Saudi Arabia Driver's License . Ensure the document is authorized for passenger transport or standard driving based on local flow requirements.
Face Not Detectable in Image	The photo on the driver's license cannot be clearly detected or read by the reviewer due to blurriness, poor lighting, severe glare, or low resolution.	Take a high-resolution photo in clear, natural lighting . Ensure the physical photo on the card is completely unobstructed, free of glare, and that the face is fully visible to the reviewer.

Facial Mismatch	The face in the uploaded profile photo does not match the photo on the provided legal identification documents (e.g., using another person's photo).	Ensure the profile photo is a live, accurate photo of the actual driver registered on the account . The profile photo must closely align with the individual pictured on the driver's license.
Photo with Filters	The uploaded profile photo has been modified using digital filters, enhancements, beauty applications, or background replacements.	Submit an original, unedited photo taken directly through the app or camera without any filters or touch-ups. Use a clear, neutral, well-lit background.
