This promotional offer (“Offer”) will be valid until [insert date], and it’s only applicable to Poland. If you participate in this Offer, you will be asked to fill in a referral online form (“Online Form”), in which you will provide us with your personal details, for us to contact you in regards to your referral for the Uber for Business Program (“U4B Program”). The Promo Code (as defined below) will be granted to you at our sole discretion, only when we confirm that your referral has the authority and legal capacity to act on behalf of a good standing company who is interested in entering into the U4B Program with us or any of our affiliates and, if said referral meets our eligibility requirements (“Eligible Referral”) including but not limited to referring a company with more than 10 employees and the referee having a business email address from such company. If at our sole discretion we consider your referral to be an Eligible Referral, you will be granted with one (1) promotional code (to be used on the Uber App or the Uber Website) for 200 RON, that will be valid for thirty (30) days once you have applied it to your account, and will be applicable to [insert # of orders] (“Promo Code”). Promo codes will be only available to the first 50 Eligible Referrals. We will send you the Promo Code via email. You are eligible for one Promo Code and one eligible referral only. You will use the Promo Code in accordance with the Terms of Use of the Uber App and the Community Guidelines. The Promo Code cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer.
