A photo of the vehicle is a mandatory document that authorizes you to perform trips with the Uber platform.

Learn how to properly take a picture of the vehicle.

For a photo to be accepted it must show simultaneously:

• vehicle registration number;
• City sign (at least on one door);
• Taxi lamp.

Note that

We suggest taking the photo from the front, with the front door of the vehicle wide open. This will ensure that all the required elements are visible in one photo. But at the same time, please remember that requirements may differ, depending on the city you’re driving in.

After adding a photo, you need to wait up to 72h for it to be approved (but it usually happens within 24h).

Avoid blocking your account and add your vehicle photo now. If the vehicle is added to your Fleet Partner’s account make sure the photo is added before the deadline.

If there is already a photo added to the account, there is no need to re-upload it.
