1. Taxi Operating License
Rejection Reason	What it means	How to fix it
Need supporting documents	The document is incomplete or requires additional verification (e.g., a missing page or registration certificate).Regarding the applications the application itself, or an old taxi operating license.	Ensure you upload a clear photo of all required pages of the license extract and registration certificate is uploaded and accepted.
Information mismatch	The data on the license does not match the information entered in the dashboard.	Double-check that the vehicle license plate and VIN on the license match the vehicle profile exactly.
Wrong document type	The document uploaded is not a Taxi Operating License.	Ensure you are uploading the specific "Wypis z licencji" for the vehicle in question.

2. Personal Vehicle Insurance
Rejection Reason	What it means	How to fix it
Missing information	Critical details like the policy number, validity dates, or VIN are obscured or missing.	Ensure the entire insurance certificate is visible with validity period and vehicle identifiers.
Vehicle info mismatch	The VIN or License Plate on the insurance policy does not match the vehicle in the system.	Verify that the insurance is issued for the correct vehicle.
Blurred image	The text on the document is unreadable due to low photo quality.	Take a high-resolution photo in good lighting. Avoid flash that creates glare.

3. Vehicle Photo
Rejection Reason	What it means	How to fix it
Need supporting documents	Missing registration document (unknown license plate number) or missing taxi operating license (missing side number).	Make sure all documents are added.
Missing information	The photo is cut off or doesn't show the full vehicle.	Capture the entire vehicle. Ensure a neutral background and clean car.
Vehicle eligibility	The vehicle does not meet age, model, or condition requirements. (here we can have only the car isn't damaged)	Ensure the vehicle matches the requirements for the selected service category. (Ensure that the vehicle is undamaged.)

4. Taxi License
Rejection Reason	What it means	How to fix it
Need supporting documents	The uploaded document is not a taxi license.	Provide a clear photo where the vehicle's license plate and taxi markings are visible.
Missing information	The photo is cut off or doesn't show the full vehicle.	Capture the entire vehicle. Ensure a neutral background and clean car.
Vehicle eligibility	The vehicle does not meet age, model, or condition requirements. (here we can have only the car isn't damaged)	Ensure the vehicle matches the requirements for the selected service category. (Ensure that the vehicle is undamaged.)

5. Personal ID
Rejection Reason	What it means	How to fix it
Missing side	Only one side of the ID card was uploaded.	You must upload both the front and the back of the National ID card.
Wrong document type	The ineligible ID document uploaded. If a temporary foreigner’s certificate was added without any additional document from the office (urząd).	Ensure you use the slot designated for the National ID (Dowód Osobisty).
Name mismatch	The name on the ID does not match the name on the driver account.	Ensure the driver's name is spelled exactly as on their legal identification.

6. Driver's License
Rejection Reason	What it means	How to fix it
Missing back side	The reverse side showing categories and expiration dates is missing.	Upload a clear photo of both the front and the back of the license.
Missing front side	The front side showing the photo and personal details is missing.	Upload a clear photo of both the front and the back of the license.
Wrong document type	Polish driver's license not uploaded.	Upload the standard plastic Polish driver's license.

7. Taxi Driver ID
Rejection Reason	What it means	How to fix it
Expired document	The validity date on the ID has passed.	Obtain a renewed ID from the city office before uploading.
Missing pages/sides	The ID has multiple sections or a back side that was not photographed.	Capture all relevant parts, ensuring photo and municipal stamp are visible.
