The Public Policy team is responsible for working with policy makers and third parties to make the positive case for change. That's partly about fostering lasting relationships in the cities in which we operate to help unlock the full potential of our technology. It is also about figuring out the best local regulatory framework and developing campaigns to achieve positive reform.
The Communications team is responsible for telling Uber’s story to the media and third parties. Whether it’s transforming how we get around town and the lives of people who value independent, flexible work, or cutting congestion in cities by getting more people into fewer cars.
The Uber Eats Canada team was the first Sales team to work on the debut of the Uber Eats Marketplace. Our team focuses on helping local restaurants grow their business and expand their customer reach through our widespread and loyal user base. We pride ourselves on understanding the nuances of each specific Canadian city to bring eaters what they crave, door-to-door in less than 30 minutes.
Uber for Business officially launched in Canada back in 2017, and since then we’ve successfully onboarded thousands of clients onto our corporate platform. From Canada’s largest enterprises to smaller start-ups, businesses of all sizes can benefit from streamlined employee and client travel using Uber for Business.
Our customer success teams help restaurants and other businesses get the most out of the Uber Eats and Uber for Business platforms. These teams are focused on delivering value and building relationships with our top partners.
Greenlight is structured to deliver the best in-person support experience possible to ensure our driver-partners have all of the tools and support they need to be successful on our platform. We collaborate with every team at Uber to deliver a single, cohesive message to our driver-partners and support teams, improving their experience with Uber.

We’ve teamed up with Pearson to create Uber’s first “Innovation Hub” as the model for the industry. We aim to create a world-class passenger experience, which includes testing innovative technology and being the first airport globally to pilot to-the-gate delivery at Terminal 3 with Uber Eats.
