This Weekend – HOMEGROWN!
After a quieter weekend with Easter, we’re expecting a big weekend this week! There’s lots of events on around the city, and we’re expecting a busy Friday and Saturday night.
The biggest event this weekend is Homegrown on Saturday. The music festival was attended by over 17,000 people last year, so we expect it’s going to be a VERY busy day and evening. The festival starts at 1pm, with people arriving throughout the afternoon, and goes until 11pm.
On Saturday night, the Phoenix play at Westpac Stadium at 7:15pm. We expect demand for rides home from the stadium after the game.
Recharge Tonight
The team will be at BP by Te Papa tonight, 7pm – midnight. Pop along for a free coffee and to say hello!
Weather this week
With lots of rain forecast for next week, commuting times will be extra busy!
