Consent Terms. By sharing and submitting my stories, information and image/photograph (if applicable), I confirm that I irrevocably consent to the use of the stories, information and image/photograph for all advertising, promotional or other commercial or non-commercial purposes of Uber B.V., its affiliates and/or related third parties in all media now or hereafter known, worldwide and in perpetuity without additional compensation. To the greatest extent permitted by law, I hereby release Uber B.V., its affiliates and/or related third parties and all of their employees and workers from all liability, responsibility, costs and damages which might arise from the uses described above. I acknowledge that I have read and understood this consent prior to submission, I am under no obligation to provide this consent, and I am not relying on any promises or statements in connection with providing this consent.
