Autumn Joining Bonus

September 1st 2026

Starting September 1st 2026, there is a new joining bonus live for Amsterdam couriers. This joining bonus is designed for couriers completing trips during peak hours and weekends. Take your first trip within 7 days of your account being activated to stay eligible for the bonus. You can find the full details and terms and conditions below.

Structure

Important: Unlike some previous bonuses, the tiers in this campaign are sequential: you must complete each tier within its deadline to remain eligible for the next. If you miss the deadline for tier 1 (eg., 10 trips), you will not be eligible to earn the tier 2 reward (€165).

Which trips count? Only trips completed during peak hours (17:00–20:59) or on weekends (Saturday and Sunday, any time) count toward your trip total.

Eligibility

To be eligible for this joining bonus you must:

• Have an active account in Amsterdam.
• To be eligible, you have to have your account activated on or after September 1st 2026 and on or before October 31st 2026.
• This bonus can only be applied once per account.
• This joining bonus can only be combined with other ongoing joining bonuses if explicitly permitted by the terms and conditions of both respective offers

FAQs

1. Do all my trips count toward the bonus? No. Only trips completed during peak hours (17:00–20:59) or on weekends (Saturday–Sunday, any time) count toward your trip total.
2. What happens if I miss a tier deadline? If you do not reach the required trips by the deadline for a given tier, you will not be eligible to progress to the following tier. For example, missing the 4-day deadline for the 110-trip tier means you cannot earn the €165 reward, even if you go on to complete 50 trips.
3. How long is this campaign running? The campaign is live from September 1st 2026 and will run until October 31st 2026. Only accounts activated on or after September 1st 2026 and before October 31st 2026 are eligible.
4. What happens if I am offboarded? If you are offboarded due to not following the work instructions listed in the courier handbook, you will not be eligible to receive any outstanding payments from the structure above at the time of your final payout. This does not apply if you resign voluntarily.
