• During the Promotion Period, new users who have never booked a ride with Uber via the Grab App will be able to enjoy the discount set out above on their first trip (“Offer”). Any trip cost exceeding the maximum discount amount shall be paid by the user. Any shortfall amount will not be deferred.
• Each eligible user may redeem the Offer for the period displayed in the Uber webview accessed via the Grab app (“Promotion Period”).
• Uber has the sole right to modify these terms and conditions and to modify, cancel, or terminate the Offer at any time without prior notification to the user.
• The promo code of this Offer (the “Promo Code”) will be automatically applied to the eligible users’ account, and it may take some time for it to be shown in the “Promotions” section of the account.
• The Promo Code is valid only within the countries listed above and applies to trips that both begin and end within the Promotion Period.
• The Promo Code is non-transferable, non-refundable, and cannot be redeemed for cash. It will be deemed invalid if shared, forwarded, or reproduced via screenshot.
• Only one promo code can be used for each Uber trip. If multiple valid promo codes are available in your account, the code offering the highest value will be automatically applied first.
• Users can only have one Uber account linked with Grab. If we have reasonable grounds to suspect that a user is creating fraudulent accounts or violating our Terms and Conditions and/or the Uber Community Guidelines, Uber may suspend the user’s account. In such cases, the user may be ineligible to enjoy this Offer and any other promotional offers.
• Other terms and conditions may apply. Uber reserves the right of final decision in relation to any promotion offer.
• Any and all questions related to the trip shall be reported to Uber through the “Help” page within the Uber web view accessed via the Grab app.
