Getting started is easy

Step 1: Create an account

Sign in or create an Uber account with your work email and follow the instructions to sign up your organization for Uber for Business. Verify your work email address when prompted.

Step 2: Add your payment method

Select the Vouchers program, then set up the method you want to use for payment. Don’t worry, you won’t be charged until recipients redeem their vouchers.

Step 3: Choose parameters

Create a voucher and customize settings like value and eligible locations, dates, and times. Learn more about restrictions.

Step 4: Distribute vouchers

Send vouchers by email, text, CSV upload, or URL, or directly in the Uber app—all enabled from your dashboard.

Step 5: Redeem

Vouchers are added to recipients’ personal Uber profile and automatically applied at checkout on eligible rides or Uber Eats orders. Learn more
