Earning Uber One credits

• Earn 10% in Uber One credits on select rides (Uber Taxi, Speed Call, TaxiXL, Black) and 5% on others (Standard Taxi, Deluxe Taxi, Green, Hourly). Your credits can be applied to your next trip. Exceptions may apply.

• Uber One credits are earned within 15 minutes of payment and trip completion.

• Uber One credits are calculated from the fare amount, excluding VAT, promotions, credits used, and toll fees. For example, a trip with KRW 4,900 fare and KRW 800 promotion would be calculated as: (4,900 ÷ 1.1 - 800) × credit %.

Using Uber One credits

• To use your Uber One credits, simply toggle on Uber Cash in the payment options when you request a trip. Credits, which are a form of Uber Cash, will be automatically applied to your fare until you turn the toggle off.

• Uber One credits can be earned in increments as small as 1 KRW, but the use of Uber Cash, including Uber One credits, is available for amounts starting from 100 KRW. For example, if your Uber Cash balance, including Uber One credits, is 1,111 KRW and a taxi fare of 5,000 KRW is charged, 1,200 KRW benefit will be applied, and only 3,800 KRW will be separately charged to the card selected as the payment method.

Important details

• You can earn Uber One credits on trips paid in person, but you must use an in-app payment method to redeem them.

• Check your Wallet for your Uber One credits and their expiration dates.

• Other fees, taxes, and exclusions may apply.

You can end your membership at any time. If you're on a free trial, cancelation will terminate benefits immediately. For paid members, a cancellation will keep your benefits active until your next billing cycle, at which point your subscription will be terminated. If you are changing from a monthly to an annual plan, please note that the annual fee will be charged at your next monthly billing date, and you will not be able to cancel or get an immediate refund through the app. To immediately cancel your Uber One membership and request a refund, navigate to the Uber One member hub within your account. From there, select [Manage Membership], then choose [Learn more], and finally click [Uber One Immediate Cancellation and Refund]. After reviewing the details, confirm that you wish to cancel your subscription and receive a refund.

Refund policy: To request a refund, please contact our support team. Ending your membership in the app will stop the next billing cycle but will not automatically trigger a refund. If you end your membership within 7 days of the start of your billing cycle, you'll get a full refund if you haven't used any benefits. If you have used benefits, a prorated refund will be applied. If you end your membership greater than 7 days from the start of your billing cycle, you will receive a prorated refund, regardless of whether you've used any benefits.

Refund details: We calculate your prorated refund differently based on your plan. For monthly plans, we calculate your prorated refund based on a 30-day month, regardless of the actual number of days in the month. For annual plans, we calculate your prorated refund based on the actual number of days remaining on your plan from the date of termination. Once we process your refund, your membership will be automatically deactivated.

This cancellation policy applies to both our monthly and annual plans.

The benefits of Uber One, including the credit application rate, are subject to change or cancellation at any time at our discretion.
