Offer to enjoy up to a maximum of JPY¥1500 off the first trip on Weixin’s “Uber” mini-program:

• During the Promotion Period, new users who have never used Weixin’s Uber mini-program before will be able to enjoy up to a maximum of JPY¥1500 off the first Uber trip which are booked through the Uber mini-program and completed during the Promotion Period.  Any excess amount charged for the trip shall be paid by the user. Any shortfall amount will not be deferred. 
• Each eligible user will only be able to enjoy the Offer once from now until February 28, 2026 (“Promotion Period”).
• Uber has the sole right to modify these terms and conditions and to modify, cancel, or terminate the Offer at any time without prior notification to the user.
• The promo code of this Offer (the “Promo Code”) will be automatically applied to the eligible users’ Weixin’s “Uber” mini-program account, and it may take some time for it to be shown in the “Promotions” section of the account.
• This Offer can only be used by users who have signed up to the Uber mini-program with a +86 phone number. and have the Promo Code actually applied to their Uber mini-program account.
• The Promo Code shall be valid only within Japan and when both the start and finish time of the trip are within the Promotion Period.
• The Promo Code is non-transferable, non-refundable, cannot be redeemed for cash, and is invalid if forwarded or screenshot.
• Only one promo code can be used for each Uber trip. If you have multiple promo codes in your Weixin’s “Uber” mini-program account and these are all applicable for your trip, the valid promo code with the highest value will be applied first.
• Users can only have one Uber account generated through Weixin. If we have reasonable grounds to suspect that a user is creating fraudulent accounts and violating our Terms and Conditions and/or the Uber Community Guidelines, Uber may suspend the user account, and that user may not be eligible to enjoy this Offer or other promotion offers.
• Other terms and conditions may apply. Uber reserves the right of final decision in relation to any promotion offer.
• Any and all questions related to the trip shall be reported to Uber through the “Help” page within Weixin’s “Uber” mini-program.
• If there is any discrepancy between the English and the Chinese version of these terms and conditions, the English version shall prevail.

首次使用微信“优步”小程序乘车，首趟最高可享1500日元优惠 :

• 在推广期内，从未使用过优步小程序的新用户，在推广期内透過优步小程序預訂及完成的首趟优步行程最高可享1500日元优惠（「本优惠 」）。超出优惠金额的任何行程费用须由用户支付。优惠金额的任何未使用部分将作废，不予结转。
• 每位符合资格的用户可由即日起至2026年2月28日期间（「推广期 」）享受本优惠仅一次。
• 优步拥有唯一权利，可随时修改此条款与条件以及修改、取消或终止本优惠，恕不另行通知用户。
• 本优惠的优惠码（「优惠码 」）将自动应用于符合资格用户的微信“优步”小程序账户，可能需要一些时间才能在账户的“优惠”部分显示。
• 本优惠仅适用于使用+86手机号码注册优步小程序且优惠码已实际应用于其微信“优步”小程序账户的用户使用。
• 优惠码仅在日本境内有效，且行程的开始和结束时间均须在推广期内。
• 本优惠不可转让、不可退款，不能兑换现金，且转发或截图无效。
• 每次优步行程只能使用一个优惠码。如果您的微信“优步”小程序账户中有多个适用于行程的优惠码，系统将优先应用价值最高的有效优惠码。
• 用户只能通过微信生成一个优步账户。如果我们有合理理由怀疑用户正在创建欺诈性账户并违反我们的条款与条件和/或优步社群准则，优步有权暂停该用户账户，并且该用户可能无资格享受本优惠或其他推广优惠。
• 其他条款与条件可能适用于本优惠。优步保留与任何推广优惠相关的最终决定权。
• 任何与行程相关的问题，应通过微信“优步”小程序内的“帮助”页面向优步报告。
• 如果此条款与条件的英文版本与中文版本有任何不一致之处，概以英文版本为准。
