PERFECT YOUR PICK-UP

Double-check your pick up location on the map in the Uber app before tapping the ‘Request’ button. Pinning your location properly will save both you AND the driver valuable time so you can get going sooner.
For the shortest ETAs come home-time, head to Heuston Station or Kilmainham Gaol.

FIND LOST ITEMS

Leave behind your favourite set of sunnies or that Native American headdress? It happens to the best of us, but no need to fret! With Uber, you can easily recover lost items.

Check the bottom of your emailed receipt under the header “Uber Support” for the “Leave something behind?” link or visit riders.uber.com for your driver’s contact info. You can reach out directly to recover your lost item.

FARE SPLITTING = FAIR SPLITTING

Splitting your fare is simple with our fare split feature. Here’s how:

• Once your driver has been assigned, tap the bottom bar of the app (where your driver’s name, number and car deets are) and select ‘Split Fare
• Choose your friends and hit “Send”
• Your Uber-savvy friends will receive a message and be directed to the app to confirm.
• Your friends without Uber will be asked to download the app, sign up, and confirm their share of the ride.
