Here’s how it works
Provide a great service
To qualify for Uber Pro rewards, keep your star ratings high, cancellation rate low, and acceptance rate high—all parts of maintaining high-quality service for your riders. Note that you are still free to reject trips without negative consequences.
Earn points
Earn one point for every trip you take. You can get bonus points when you drive during peak hours. The more you drive, the more points you’ll earn.
Reach higher status
Along with the high-quality service you provide, your status is based on points earned over a 3-month period. The higher your status, the more rewards you get. Requirements may vary by city; go to the Driver app for details.
Enjoy rewards at every level
Exclusive rewards built to recognize your everyday effort.

Frequently asked questions
How is my star rating calculated?
Your overall star rating is an average of individual ratings provided by riders from your past 500 trips.
If you receive a rating of 4 stars or below on a trip for a reason that is out of your control, like a bad GPS route or traffic, the rating will be excluded from your overall rating. See more about ratings here.
How is my cancellation rate factored in to my status?
If you’re a driver with Gold, Platinum, or Diamond status and your cancellation rate rises to between 4.01% and 10%, you won’t be able to reach a higher status by earning more points. You will maintain your current status and have access to your current rewards.
If your cancellation rate rises above 10%, you will lose access to your Gold, Platinum, and Diamond rewards immediately. To earn back your rewards, your cancellation rate must return to 4% or below.
How did I get my status?
You earn points during fixed 3-month periods. At the start of a 3-month period, your status is determined by the points you earned in the previous 3-month period. At any time, you can move up statuses and unlock more rewards if you earn enough points for the next status and maintain certain criteria.
For more information, see Uber Pro Terms and Conditions.
⁴ Platinum and Diamond drivers get an extra Destination Mode use every day, allowing up to 3 uses per day (up from 2) with fewer restrictions, so you can get trips that move you closer to where you need to be, more often. While in Destination Mode as a Platinum or Diamond driver, you can decline or cancel trips without ending your session, though these still count toward your acceptance and cancellation rates.
