HKG2023 – 20% off from Hong Kong International Airport:

• The promotion period is from 15 June 2023 until 1 August 2023 (“Promotion Period”). 
• During the Promotion Period, each eligible user will be able to enjoy a 20% discount (capped at HK$50) once on one (1) Uber Taxi trip travel from Hong Kong International Airport (“Offer”). Any shortfall of the Uber trip fare shall be paid by the Uber App user.  
• Please input the promo code “HKG2023” (“Promo Code”)　before starting the trip.
• The Offer is subject to availability and on a first-come, first-served basis. 
• The Promo Code shall be valid when the start time of the trip is within the Promotion Period and the user travels within Hong Kong from the Hong Kong International Airport. 
• Only one promo code can be used for each Uber Taxi trip. If you have entered multiple promo codes into the Uber App and these are all applicable for your trip,  the valid promo code with the highest value will be applied first.
• The Promo Code is non-transferable, non-refundable and cannot be redeemed for cash.  Any excess amount charged for the trips shall be paid by the user.  The remaining balance of the Offer will be immediately forfeited after payment.
• An App user can only have one Uber App account. If we have reasonable grounds to suspect that a user is creating fraudulent accounts and violating our terms and conditions and/or the Uber Community Guidelines, Uber may suspend the user account, and you will therefore not be eligible for any promotion.
• Any and all questions related to the trip shall be reported to Uber via the Uber App. 
• Uber has the sole right to modify these terms and conditions, and to modify, cancel or terminate this Offer at any time without prior notification to the Uber App user.

• If there is any discrepancy of the English and the Chinese version, the English version shall prevail.
