- The Offer is valid from now until 31 Aug 2026 (“Promotion Period”). -During the Promotion Period, each Eligible User will be entitled to enjoy 50% off their first Uber Elite trip (maximum HK$2,000 off per trip) (“Offer”) . Each user may enjoy the Offer for a maximum of one (1) time only.
- Any fare amount exceeding HK$2,000 per trip shall be paid by the user. Any remaining balance of the Offer value will be immediately forfeited, and cannot be refunded, accumulated or carried over to another trip.
- This Offer is applicable to Uber App users who received the promotional email directly from Uber and/or who have the Promo Code for this Offer added to their Uber account (“Eligible Users”).
- The Promo Code for this Offer has already been automatically added to your Uber account. It may take some time for the Promo Code to display in the "Promotions" section of the account.
- The Offer is only applicable to Elite trips booked via the Uber app, with both the pickup and drop-off locations in Hong Kong; and with both the start and end times of the Uber Elite trip falling within the Promotion Period.
- The Offer is subject to availability and the quota is limited on a first-come, first-served basis.
- The Offer is not transferable nor refundable, and cannot be redeemed for cash.
- Only one promo code can be used for each Uber trip. If an Uber App user has entered multiple promo codes into their account and these are all applicable to the trip, the valid promo code with the highest value will be automatically applied first.
- Each user may only have one Uber App account. If Uber has reasonable grounds to suspect that a user is creating fraudulent or duplicate accounts or otherwise violating the Uber General Terms of Use and/or the Community Guidelines, Uber may suspend or terminate the user’s account and/or that user may lose eligibility for redeeming the Offer or other offers.
- Other relevant terms and conditions may apply to this Offer.
- Uber has the sole right to modify, cancel or terminate the Offer at any time without prior notification to the Uber App user. In case of any disputes regarding the Offer, Uber reserves the right of final decision.
- Any and all questions related to the trip, shall be reported via the “Help” section within the Uber App.
- If there is any discrepancy between the English and the Chinese versions, the English version shall prevail.
