HKAMCHAM – 優惠條款及細則：

• 用戶必須於開始行程前輸入「HKAMCHAM」優惠碼方能使用，名額有限，先到先得，額滿即止。每位合資格用戶最多僅可享受一次此優惠。
• 優惠期由 2023 年 11 月 17 日起至 2023 年 12 月 31 日（「優惠期」）。
• 於優惠期內，合資格用戶乘搭的一趟 Uber 行程可獲得 9 折優惠 (上限HK$50)，超出之車資差額須由用戶自行負擔。
• 本優惠碼只適用於在優惠期內開始和結束且在香港境內之行程。
• 每趟 Uber 行程只能使用一個優惠。如果你的帳戶有多於一個適用的優惠，系統會優先使用符合條款及細則，以及價值最高的優惠。
• 每位用戶只能擁有一個 Uber 帳戶。如果我們有合理理由懷疑用戶正在建立欺詐性帳戶及違反我們的條款及細則及/或社群指引，我們可能會暫停你的帳戶，你亦會失去使用任何優惠的資格。
• 任何與行程相關的問題，都應透過 Uber 應用程式通報。
• Uber 有權隨時修改本條款及細則、更改或終止優惠而毋須作出任何通知。
• 優惠受其他相關條款及細則約束。有關任何優惠的爭議，Uber 保留最終決定權。
• 若本條款與英文版有歧異，詮釋以英文版為準。

HKAMCHAM – Terms and conditions:

• Please input the promo code “HKAMCHAM” (“Promo Code”)　before starting the trip. The Offer is subject to availability and on a first-come, first-served basis. Each eligible user will only be able to enjoy the Offer once.
• The promotion period is from 17 November 2023 until 31 December 2023 (“Promotion Period”).
• During the Promotion Period, an eligible user will be able to enjoy a 10% discount (capped at HK$50) on one Uber trip (“Offer”). Any shortfall of the Uber trip fare shall be paid by the Uber App user.
• The Promo Code shall be valid when both the start and finish time of the trip are within the Promotion Period and the user travels within Hong Kong.
• Only one promo code can be used for each Uber trip. If you have entered multiple promo codes into the Uber App and these are all applicable for your trip, the valid promo code with the highest value will be applied first.
• An App user can only have one Uber App account. If we have reasonable grounds to suspect that a user is creating fraudulent accounts and violating our terms and conditions and/or the Uber Community Guidelines, Uber may suspend the user account, and you will therefore not be eligible for any promotion.
• Any and all questions related to the trip shall be reported to Uber via the Uber App.
• Uber has the sole right to modify, cancel or terminate these terms and conditions and the Promo Code at any time without prior notification to the Uber App user.
• Other terms and conditions may apply. Uber reserves the right of final decision in relation to this Offer and any promotion.
• If there is any discrepancy of the English and the Chinese version of these terms and conditions, the English version shall prevail.
