About the Role

The Uber Eats Commercial Operations team is looking for a Senior Commercial Operations Associate to support the Delivery Sales and Account Management (AM) teams. You will act as the analytical engine for the sub-region, providing the data and toolkits necessary for our commercial teams to meet their targets. You will focus on optimizing current workflows, maintaining commercial reporting, and ensuring local teams have the resources they need to drive growth and retention. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented executioner who thrives on making processes run more efficiently.

What the Candidate Will Do

  • Process Optimization: Identify bottlenecks in current sales/account management workflows and implement data-driven improvements to increase team productivity.

  • Operational Reporting: Own the maintenance and accuracy of sub-regional performance dashboards, ensuring leadership has a clear view of day-to-day results.

  • Tool Adoption: Roll out and maintain scalable tools (SQL/Sheets based) for the AM organization, providing training to ensure high adoption across less tech-savvy users.

  • Data Modeling: Execute complex data analysis to support specific project requests from commercial managers (e.g., incentive tracking, churn analysis).

  • Stakeholder Coordination: Act as the primary point of contact for local Ops teams to align on monthly priorities and execution tactics guided by the Regional Manager.

  • Continuous Improvement: Monitor existing commercial "charters" and suggest tactical adjustments to improve resource allocation.

Basic Qualifications

  • Experience: 4+ years of experience in Sales Ops, Analytics, or a similar role.

  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in SQL and Google Sheets is mandatory. Ability to build and maintain dashboards.

  • Execution Focus: Proven track record of managing multiple tasks and delivering on-time results within defined guidelines.

  • Communication: Ability to translate data into clear updates for functional peer groups and direct managers.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Understanding of CRM fundamentals (SFDC)
  • Python or any other language is a plus
