Consumer Growth Manager

About the Role

As a Consumer Growth Operations Manager, you will play a key role in bringing the LatAm consumer strategy to life through strong execution. You will manage day-to-day operations, conduct analyses to uncover growth opportunities, and help build the processes and systems that enable consistent, high-quality delivery across the sub-region.

This is a highly analytical and hands-on role, well suited for someone who enjoys working with data, managing complex operational workflows, and driving impact through structured execution.

What the Candidate Will Do

  • Design and execute growth initiatives to improve user acquisition, retention, and engagement across markets.
  • Analyze key performance metrics to identify trends, challenges, and opportunities that inform decision-making.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to operationalize and track strategic plans, ensuring strong and consistent execution.
  • Manage and optimize promotional budgets, ensuring initiatives are efficient and aligned with business priorities.
  • Translate data into actionable recommendations and support senior stakeholders in driving continuous improvement.
  • Build dashboards, reports, and presentations to track performance, communicate insights, and guide strategic discussions.
  • Support experimentation and testing, including localized initiatives to improve conversion, retention, and engagement.

Basic Qualifications

  • At least 3 years of experience in consulting, investment banking, or a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
  • Professional proficiency in English and Spanish.
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills, with the ability to make data-informed decisions in complex situations.
  • Advanced Excel skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in fast-paced environments and adapt to shifting priorities and regional nuances.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with SQL and/or Python.
