Growth Analytics Manager (Virtual Brands)

About the Role

The Virtual Brand pod is a new team within our Enterprise function, supporting the rapid expansion of our Virtual Brand partners across the UK. As these partners grow at pace, they face unique operational challenges; and that's where you come in.

As a Partner Success & Operations Manager, you will work closely with Account Managers and have a strong operational focus, leveraging analytical skills and data-driven insights to enhance partner performance, streamline operational processes, and maintain Uber Eats as the preferred delivery platform for our strategic partners.

What you will do

  • Operational Excellence: Drive improvement in key operational metrics, enhancing the reliability and efficiency of both partner operations and the Uber Eats platform.
  • Data-Driven Insights: Continuously monitor and analyse key partner performance metrics, adoption patterns, and product usage trends to deliver compelling presentations demonstrating value and ROI.
  • Account Reviews: Conduct structured and regular account reviews, including Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs), to assess partner performance, share strategic insights, and align on future objectives.
  • Customer Advocacy: Serve as the primary advocate for customer needs, actively coordinating with internal teams to promptly resolve merchants’ pain points and implement product and service enhancements.
  • Relationship Management: Proactively build and nurture strong relationships with customers to ensure consistent satisfaction and long-term success.
  • Growth Strategy: Identify and pursue opportunities for account growth, recommending tailored products or services, and actively supporting sales efforts to secure renewals and expand partnerships.

What you will need

  • 5+ years of experience in a highly analytical commercial role.
  • Proficient in using SQL to extract insights and analyse data effectively.
  • Expertise in operational excellence and analytics, with experience presenting data-driven insights at an executive level.
  • A strong background with data and data analysis, making data-led decisions and using sound business judgement.
  • Strong executive presence and communication skills (verbal and written), capable of articulating complex data insights clearly and effectively.
  • Speed, resourcefulness, and a go-getter attitude. This team moves fast and always operates in new spaces
  • Experience working with Virtual Brands
  • Proficient in using SQL to extract insights and analyse data effectively
  • Client-facing experience at executive levels.
