About the Role

Uber is looking for strategic sales professionals to join our advertising division. As Client Partner, you will build strategic partnerships with our largest partners in the Tech, Telco, & B2B verticals. You will own the sales strategy for a portfolio of top brands and drive adoption for our growing suite of products across the Mobility and Delivery platforms. You will work closely with a Partner Manager to consistently deliver impact for our partners.

What You’ll Do

  • Go Get It: Relentlessly execute ads partnership strategies to exceed quarterly growth goals, demonstrating a bias for action in a high-velocity environment.

  • Trip Obsessed: Act as the voice of the customer, translating partner feedback into actionable insights for our product roadmaps to solve real-world marketplace needs.

  • One Uber: Serve as an indispensable cross-functional lead, collaborating with Product, Marketing, and Operations to ensure seamless delivery and unified organizational alignment.

  • See the Forest and the Trees: Build high-fidelity relationships with C-level marketing executives while maintaining mastery over the granular details of complex enterprise sales cycles.

  • Build with Heart: Differentiate Uber’s offerings by communicating the creative value of new ads products, driving measurable growth and long-term success for our partners.

  • Great Minds Don’t Think Alike: Leverage critical thinking and creative problem-solving to navigate difficult partner conversations and solve unique business challenges with diverse perspectives.

Basic Qualifications

  • Experience: 4+ years of full-time professional experience.

  • Domain Expertise: Proven track record in end-to-end Enterprise / Large Customer Digital Advertising Sales, specifically selling to complex, global brands.

  • Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent.

  • Speed & Resourcefulness: High learning agility and a "Go Get It" mentality to thrive in fast-paced environments and navigate ambiguity.

  • Data-Driven Storytelling: Expert ability to utilize data to quantify opportunities and influence senior-level decision-makers through compelling narratives.

  • Strategic Execution: Proven capability to build and implement sales plans that result in mutual success for partners and the Uber ecosystem.

  • Exceptional Communication: Mastery in listening, negotiation, and organizational management to drive "Execution Excellence."

For Chicago, IL-based roles: The base salary range for this role is USD$102,000 per year - USD$113,500 per year.

For New York, NY-based roles: The base salary range for this role is USD$113,000 per year - USD$126,000 per year.

For San Francisco, CA-based roles: The base salary range for this role is USD$113,000 per year - USD$126,000 per year.

For all US locations, you will be eligible to participate in Uber's bonus program, and may be offered an equity award, sales bonuses & other types of comp. All full-time employees are eligible to participate in a 401(k) plan. You will also be eligible for various benefits.
