Account Executive, Uber Eats - Belgium (Dutch speaking)
About the Role
The Mission Sales at Uber means navigating ambiguity, earning trust fast, and solving problems that don’t come with a script. As an Account Executive for Uber Eats in Belgium, you aren’t just selling a delivery service; you are building long-term partnerships that shape how cities like Brussels, Antwerp, or Ghent eat and thrive. You’ll be the face of Uber to local restaurants, bridging the digital and real worlds to create meaningful impact for business owners and hungry customers alike.
The Challenge Let’s be real: this is a high-stakes, fast-moving environment. You will lead the charge in expanding our footprint in a complex, multilingual market. This isn't about following a polished playbook, it’s about the messy reality of doing big things. You’ll face the grit of high-volume outbound prospecting, the ambiguity of shifting market priorities, and the pressure of navigating tough negotiations where "no" is often just the starting point.
Who You Are We’re looking for someone who thinks in systems but moves with heart. You need to be resilient, resourceful, and energized by the challenge of building something from the ground up. If you thrive on ownership, stay steady under pressure, and are motivated by seeing your work have a tangible impact on your local community, this is where you’ll grow. If you prefer a predictable, routine-heavy sales cycle, this likely isn't the right ride for you.
What You’ll Do
Build and grow long-term partnerships by deeply understanding the unique needs of Belgian restaurant owners—focusing on creating value, not just closing a transaction.
Navigate ambiguity and internal complexity to unlock opportunities in a fast-changing market, often without a clear starting point.
Manage pipelines with urgency and discipline, balancing quick wins with strategic deals that require months of persistence and trust-building.
Adapt your approach to fit different regional dynamics and languages across Belgium, making smart decisions even when you have imperfect information.
Collaborate across operations, marketing, and legal teams to resolve blockers, influence product direction, and deliver solutions that scale.
Communicate clearly and negotiate confidently through difficult objections, turning tension into alignment to safeguard long-term partnerships.
Track the details and follow through on every promise, managing the small moments that lead to big-scale impact for the Uber Eats platform.
Grow fast by embracing constant feedback and raising the bar for the team through clarity, accountability, and hustle.
