Duties: Develop marketing ventures to attract and retain new users. Develop integrated marketing strategies that align with company goals, set timelines, and ensure due dates are met. Develop a holistic global CRM campaign for Uber that encompasses Email, Push, and in-app creatives that incorporate design strategy by using the company’s assets, including its unique brand, tone and editorial guidelines for Uber products. Utilize data-driven decision-making processes to improve performance of marketing and business development efforts. Strategize global marketing campaigns for retaining customers while monitoring execution, measurement activities and stakeholder data. Collaborate cross-functionally with stakeholders to develop innovative campaign ideas to promote products in competitive markets. Perform analyses to segment users to create actionable insights about messaging and channel strategies. Analyze how past and current campaign performance impacts user behavior and recommend strategies and campaigns that increase engagement and retention. Apply knowledge of tools and measurement frameworks to support Uber objectives. May telecommute.
Employer will accept a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Business Intelligence, Communications, Data Analytics, Advertising, or related field and one (1) year of experience in the job offered or in a related occupation.
Position requires:
- Analytics and Data Visualization Tools, including Tableau, Domo, or Microsoft Power BI;
- A/B Testing;
- Monitoring regional trends in product or service performance;
- Process and performance improvements analysis;
- Identification and analysis of key performance indicators;
- Project Management and Stakeholder Management;
- Developing and evaluating roadmaps for products or services;
- Analyzing business and technical requirements to develop tailored Campaign strategies.
