  • Design intuitive, scalable solutions for complex business tooling, balancing power-user efficiency with usability.
  • Develop wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs to explore and validate design solutions.
  • Partner with product managers and engineers to define product strategies, improve usability, and ship high-impact features.
  • Leverage user research and data insights to inform design decisions and continuously refine solutions.
  • Evolve Uber’s enterprise web design patterns, ensuring consistency while adapting frameworks for new use cases.
  • Explore and apply AI tooling to help define the future of product design at Uber.
  • Contribute to a culture of design excellence, sharing insights and raising the bar for internal tool experiences.

  • A portfolio demonstrating strong UX/UI design for complex applications
  • Ability to simplify complex workflows into intuitive user experiences
  • Experience working across web applications and enterprise solutions
  • Proficiency in design tools (Figma) and prototyping

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience designing for data-heavy or workflow-driven applications
  • Strong systems thinking and ability to design at both micro and macro levels
  • Ability to facilitate discussions, drive alignment, and make tradeoff decisions
  • Familiarity with designing for internal tools, SaaS, or B2B platforms
  • Comfort learning and working with technical concepts
