About the Role

As an Account Manager, you’ll be at the forefront of driving growth for one of Uber Eats' top retail merchants. You’ll deepen partnerships, lead strategic business development, and act as a trusted advisor by crafting and executing Joint Business Plans (JBPs). Your work will directly impact key business outcomes through high-impact initiatives and innovative sales strategies.

In this senior position, you’ll oversee the full account lifecycle, working cross-functionally with operations, merchandising, and catalog teams to ensure flawless execution and an exceptional partner experience. You’ll also collaborate with global teams to align on best practices, share insights, and support regional strategy development.

Additionally, you'll contribute to team leadership by mentoring junior team members and supporting their development and performance.

What You’ll Do

  • Own the commercial relationship with one of Uber Eats’ top retail partners, leading Joint Business Plans (JBPs) and executing commercial strategies through regular business reviews.

  • Partner closely with catalog, operations, and global teams to enhance the consumer experience and implement best practices.

  • Design and implement strategies to improve operational performance and create merchant-specific promotional plans.

  • Present tailored solutions to merchants, including Ads and Direct Benefits opportunities.

  • Oversee financial operations, including invoicing and managing outstanding accounts to ensure profitability.

What You’ll Need

  • A minimun of 5 years of experience in sales or trade marketing within consumer goods, retail, or tech industries.

  • Strong analytical, presentation, and selling skills, with the ability to identify challenges and deliver effective solutions.

  • Excellent collaboration and communication skills across cross-functional and external teams (e.g., Legal, Marketing, Operations).

  • Data-driven mindset with the ability to identify, size, and execute on business opportunities.

  • Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.

  • Demonstrated success translating commercial strategies into measurable outcomes.

  • Strong prioritization and time management skills.

  • Proactive, collaborative, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment.

  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with attention to detail and efficient execution.
