Supply Growth Manager - EMEA Delivery
About the Role
We're looking for a strategic and data-driven Supply Growth Manager to join our EMEA Central Ops team and lead the charge on scaling courier acquisition across the region. You'll own the end-to-end strategy for how we attract, convert, and onboard delivery partners more efficiently, building the playbooks and processes that our local markets rely on to grow their courier base.
This is a high-impact role for someone who loves turning ambiguity into structure, thrives on cross-functional collaboration, and wants to directly shape how millions of deliveries get fulfilled across EMEA.
What you'll do
- Drive courier acquisition campaigns end-to-end across 20+ EMEA markets — from strategy and design to execution and performance tracking, coordinating cross-functionally with product, CRM, finance and Local Ops
- Build scalable processes and playbooks for managing courier incentives, turning manual workflows into streamlined processes that empower local teams to deploy budget quickly and effectively
- Advise on budget sallocation and ROI planning for supply growth investments, ensuring every euro spent drives measurable impact while balancing near-term growth targets with long-term unit economics
- Act as the regional bridge to product teams, ensuring smooth rollout of global launches across EMEA by flagging risks early, adapting strategies, and driving local adoption
- Partner with CRM to design communications campaigns that maximize the reach and conversion of acquisition efforts, optimizing messaging, targeting, and channel mix across markets.
What you'll need
- 3+ years of experience in management consulting, or in growth, operations or strategy roles ideally within a fast-paced marketplace tech platform
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights, scalable processes and compelling Exec-level presentations — comfortable working seamlessly between SQL, Sheets and slides
- Hands-on experience designing and deploying growth campaigns end-to-end, from building the business case and securing budget to managing execution, running experiments, and measuring ROI to inform future investment decisions
- Experience working across multiple markets or regions, with an appreciation for local nuances and the ability to balance standardization with market-level flexibility
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the confidence to influence senior leaders and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams including marketing, product, and local operations.
Preferred qualifications
- Experience in courier, driver, or gig-worker acquisition, with a strong understanding of supply-side marketplace dynamics and the levers that drive sign-up, activation, and retention
- Background in process design or operational excellence, with a track record of building repeatable frameworks, SOPs, or playbooks that enable local teams to execute independently
- Experience collaborating closely with product and engineering teams to translate operational needs into scalable tooling, features, or platform improvements that drive acquisition efficiency
- Exposure to incentive design and financial modeling, with the ability to structure cost-effective promotional offers, referral programs, or bonus schemes while maintaining unit economics discipline.
