  4. Drive Customer Engagement: Use consumer segmentation techniques and targeted offers to engage users at the right time with the right messages. Your efforts will play a crucial role in boosting order frequency and driving customer lifetime value.
  5. Collaborate Across Teams: Partner closely with sales, account management, and product teams to develop data-backed pitch decks and strategies. Simplify complex data insights to help merchant partners make informed decisions that align with both their business goals and ours.

What You'll Bring

  2. Analytical Mindset: Data-driven decision-maker with proficiency in SQL and the ability to interpret insights to improve strategies.
  3. Action-Oriented and Collaborative: You are biased toward action, always ready to roll up your sleeves and dive in. A strong collaborator, you thrive in cross-functional environments. You’re a master at simplifying complex problems, cutting through ambiguity, and constantly pushing toward clarity and timely delivery.
  4. Communication Excellence: Native-level Japanese (N1 or equivalent) and business-level English proficiency, with the ability to build trust and influence stakeholders.
  5. Experimentation & Testing: Experience designing experiments and A/B tests to refine strategies and optimize performance.
  6. Project Management Skills: Demonstrated ability to manage complex projects across multiple stakeholders, ensuring timely completion and strong results.
