This role sits within the Global Enterprise Account Management team and is one of the most strategically critical commercial positions at Uber Eats Taiwan. You will own and grow some of our largest enterprise partnerships, balancing immediate performance with long-term strategic development.
This role plays a critical part in shaping how Uber Eats partners with enterprise merchants in Taiwan. You will directly influence commercial strategy, partner success, and the evolution of our platform capabilities in one of our most important markets.
What You’ll Do
Own and grow a portfolio of top enterprise merchant accounts, driving revenue, retention, and long-term partnership value
Build and deepen senior-level relationships, aligning on shared goals, commercial strategy, and growth opportunities
Deliver against monthly and quarterly targets while developing scalable, portfolio-wide solutions
Identify opportunities for partners to digitally transform their businesses using Uber’s ecosystem (e.g., Ads, Uber Direct, platform integrations)
Analyze market trends, consumer behavior, and restaurant business models to unlock new growth opportunities
Collaborate cross-functionally with teams across Consumer, Delivery, Ads, and Product to execute integrated strategies
Balance strategic planning with hands-on execution, operating effectively at both high-level and in day-to-day account management
Basic Qualifications
8–12 years of experience in sales, account management, or business development, preferably managing large enterprise accounts
Proven track record of delivering commercial results and managing complex stakeholder environments
Strong relationship management and communication skills across internal and external stakeholders
Ability to think strategically while executing with precision and ownership
Demonstrated leadership capability, with a focus on coaching, team development, and raising performance standards
Resilient, results-driven, and highly accountable with strong ownership mindset
Fluency in Mandarin and English (written and verbal)
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in large, consumer-facing technology or internet companies, particularly in B2B environments (e.g., advertising, logistics, SaaS)
Strong understanding of Taiwan’s restaurant and food delivery ecosystem
Familiarity with marketing technology, promotional tools, and digital growth strategies
